Terms of Service - GhostBit Labs

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StreamVault (developed by GhostBit Labs), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

StreamVault is a software application designed for the LG webOS platform. It acts as a video management tool and media player, allowing users to organize and play their own digital media streams. GhostBit Labs does not provide, host, or curate any media content or playlists.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you access through StreamVault. You agree not to use the software to access, stream, or distribute content for which you do not have legal rights. GhostBit Labs is not liable for any misuse of the software by the end-user.

4. Licensing

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-transferable, lifetime license for a single LG TV device. This license is tied to your hardware's unique identifier.

5. Limitation of Liability

GhostBit Labs shall not be liable for any interruptions in service, hardware compatibility issues, or loss of data resulting from the use of the software.
